Spotlight Theatre is powered by our community. Whether you want to perform on stage, build sets backstage, or support us from the audience, there's a place for you here.
Ways to Participate
Audition
We hold open auditions for every production. No matter your experience level, we encourage you to come out and try. Audition notices are posted on our social media and website with details on what to prepare.
Volunteer Backstage
Our productions rely on dedicated volunteers for set construction, costumes, props, lighting, sound, and stage management. No experience necessary — we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Front of House
Help us welcome audiences by volunteering as an usher, box office assistant, or concessions helper. A great way to see shows for free and be part of the community.
Committee & Board
We're always looking for community members with skills in marketing, fundraising, education, finance, and the arts to join our committees or board of directors.
Ready to Get Started?
